Federal Grand Jury Indicts Martha Stewart

So how come "Kenny Boy" Lay and the other White Guys Like Bush-Harken, Cheney-Halliburton, and Bernie Ebbers-WorldCrimes Aren't Under Indictment? Could it Be That the White Boys in the Justice Department Like Ashcroft Hate It That A Girl Who Makes Doilies & Muffins Beat Them At Their Own Game? -- Starcats

Associated Press "NEW YORK - A grand jury indicted Martha Stewarton federal charges of securities fraud and obstruction of justice Wednesday in an insider stock trading scandal that could bring big fines or even a jail term for the home styles guru known for impeccable taste."

"A 41-page indictment also charged Stewart with conspiracy and making false statements. Stewart's stockbroker, Peter Bacanovic, was charged with perjury and obstruction of justice. Stewart, 61, has denied wrongdoing in her December 2001 sale of shares of the biotech drug maker ImClone Systems Inc."

"Stewart faces up to 30 years in prison and $2 million in fines if convicted on all counts, although the sentence would likely be much less under federal guidelines.

"The criminal indictment says Stewart unloaded her shares of ImClone based on illegal inside knowledge that the family of ImClone founder Samuel Waksal was planning to sell its shares ahead of the government news.

"Stewart went so far as to delete a computer log of a phone message in which Bacanovic told her he thought ImClone was "going to start trading downward," according to the indictment.

"The government also said Bacanovic altered his personal notes about Stewart's portfolio after he learned the government was investigating her, trying to create the impression he and Stewart had a prior agreement to sell ImClone if it fell below $60 a share.

"The charges spell not just serious legal headaches for Stewart, but a crisis for her company, Martha Stewart Omnimedia, which has struggled with a publicity nightmare since she first became embroiled in the stock scandal a year ago."

(The 5th house is associated with gambling and the stock market. The 11th house is also related because it speaks of "futures.").

The trigger planet for Martha is Mars's transit through her Aquarian 4th house. As you can see from the biwheel chart, Mars in in square to Martha's natal 7th house Saturn at 27 Taurus, conjunct Caput Algol, the most unfortunate of fixed stars, and her natal Uranus conjunct Alcyone, the second of the most unfortunate of fixed stars. Since the 4th house is property, one's domicile and the foundation of life, the 4th house square to the 7th house can be viewed in horary and event astrology as the place to which a challenged Mars is forced to move (the 7th house is the 4th house of the 4th house!). Martha may be out of bail at present, but will she be ultimately be forced to "move to a jail cell?"

Martha's 7th house Uranus (associated with the savagery surrounding her divorce and also "divorce" from Time-Warner) is also conjoined to the transiting North Lunar Node on Alcyone. It will be interesting to see which side the guys line up on. If Kenny Boy gets a pass, it is doubtful that they'll hold the same safety net under "that BITCH Martha Stewart." Ashcroft and the SEC (filled with Bush cronies) intends to make Stewart his poster child for fraud; as a tool for punishing all those damned hardworking, abortion-getting witches that have undermined the purity of the white man's American Dream.

Neptune is opposing Martha's 9th house Sun making her the Justice Deparment's "choice for sacrifice." The Domestic Diva's Sun is also impacted by transiting Jupiter, and the combination points loudly to trumped-up charges. Martha is the chosen sacrifice. The Bush administration has control over all three branches of government as of the mid-term elections of 2002. "Justice," as seen through Ashcroft's draconic visions, resembles Henry VIII's Star Chamber. Once called means you are guilty.
