CNN "A giant puppet depicting President Bush holding buckets of blood and oil towered over the cheering crowd that was pressed against police barricades near U.N. headquarters. The main demonstration stretched 20 blocks down First Avenue -- overflowing onto Second and Third avenues as more people tried to reach the rally.
Police in London, England, said turnout Saturday was 750,000, the largest demonstration ever in the British capital. The organizers put the figure at 2 million. In Germany, 500,000 protested, and 300,000 gathered in 60 towns and cities across France.
The biggest demonstrations seen in Europe for years were part of marches by millions across the globe, from the Antarctic to Iceland."

And that makes Saturn retrograde (at its most damaging) all the more burdensome.
The 10th house of a chart represents a country (or a person's) status, reputation and honor.
America, now driven under the lash of fascism, begins to feel the crushing weight of the Bush regime's wreckless global unilateralism.
As Uranus moves ever closer to 0 Pisces (Uranus'sign position for the birth of the Nazi Party) we have seen countless editorials and graphic representations such as the one above linking Bush to Nazism.
Such representations are arising spontaneously -- not because the world's people know astrology. The balancing force emanating from collective wisdom comes from "soul." The Anima Mundi understands on an instinctual/survival level that a world psychosis, not unlike the one that spawned World War II, has exploded upon the globe. Art becomes another means of healing. Parody and humor become release valves. Comparing Bush and his cabinet to Hitler and his henchmen is not gratuitous meanness on the part of sore losers. These references, and global antiwar protests are signs -- warnings issuing from the core of Anima -- beware, beware. beware.
Mars and Pluto conjoin in the 4th house of the chart in opposition to retrograde Saturn. Where it ends (4th house) is through covert savagery. Through arm twisting. Bone breaking. Bloodletting. What is Karl Rove doing now? What is Colin Powell doing now? What is Tony Blair doing now? Who are they talking to? And what threats have been delivered to world leaders. Sign on to what we want or . . .
The Moon's conjunction to Jupiter in opposition to Neptune (the two "spiritual" planets) is the last of optimism we'll see until June 3, 2003, the day before Saturn enters Cancer and starts its relentless roll towards Bush's Sun, the USA's Sun and ultimately Bush's Saturn (opposite the USA's Pluto at 27 Capricorn in 2004).
The upsurge of powerful hope, love, and the power of prayer will not be enough, unfortunately, to spare the planet from what the Bushoholics have in mind.
We must remember that the primitive bloodsport of Mars in collusion with the ruler of hell (Pluto) in opposition to his chief henchman, Saturn, does not augur well.
There is nothing subtle, higher or intellectual about impatient "self-will run riot" Mars and mundane Pluto (the retributative side of Shiva). It was J. Robert Oppenheimer (father of the atomic bomb, July 16, 1945, 5:30am,
Trinity Site, New Mexico) who likened the bomb's destruction to Plutonium/Shiva:

This is what Pluto does, and Mars, along with Saturn and Uranus are the detonators.
What chills me is the administration's rage represented by the Mars-Pluto conjunction. And by the fact that the two planets are conjoined to Bush Inauguration chart Moon (in the 8th house of death) in exact square to Progressed Bush Inauguration Venus (19 Pisces). Dropping the aforementioned onto this Full Moon chart, and Mars, Pluto, INAUG-Moon are in square to the Full Moon 7th house cusp (open enemies) and to INAUG-Venus, which sits right inside the 7th house. Adding retrograde Saturn to the mix, we've got a T-Square to INAUG-Venus, and she is not weighty enough to bear up under such brutality.
The Leo Full Moon opposes Sun (naturally!) and hair-trigger Uranus under the sway of an opportunistic sextile from Mars-Pluto and a trine from their henchman, retrograde Saturn. Sun-Uranus, which conjoin on Monday, Presidents' Day, are in the 6th house -- the military.
Mercury is on its way to a conjunction with lying, scheming and utopian dreaming Neptune. That lovely conjoining takes place on Thursday, February 20th, the day Mars opposes henchman Saturn and Mercury opposes Jupiter of huge exaggerations. First it was duct tape and visqueen. What next?
Saturn goes stationary direct on February 21, 2003. Here is where Saturn will loosen its restraint upon the USA's Mars (21 Gemini) and Bush's Uranus at 19 Gemini, and let's the fur fly. Bush's Uranus is in opposition to transiting Mars and Pluto; opposite INAUG-Pluto and Moon; conjunct the USA's progressed Moon; conjoined to Powell's progressed Sun; and in square to Inauguration Venus.
Bush is also under the sway of the two "religious" planets: T-Jupiter in his first house and T-Neptune in his 7th house. Not only is Bush a literal floating gas bag, but he has promises to keep and miles to go before he sleeps. He owes nearly every special interest for installing him in the White House and he must deliver the spoils of war (oil and munitions manufacturing) to Halliburton, Enron and Daddy Bush's Carlyle Group, an organization that routinely profits off the misery of war. In fact, war profiteering and oil are the Bush Family signature going back at least as far as Dubya's grandfather who was busted under the USA's "Trading With The Enemy Act." Prescott Bush enjoyed a lucrative relationship with Nazi Germany. So did the Bayer Aspirin company. That's pharmaceuticals. Notice anything lately that is reminds you of war and pharmaceuticals? If you thought of Cat Killer Frist, Republican Sen. Majority Leader, who slipped the proviso into the Homeland Security Act banning the American public from ever being able to sue pharmaceutical companies for poisonous vaccines, good for you!

Mars-Pluto oppose USA Mars; INAUG-Moon, T-Saturn and Bush natal and progressed Uranus!
And all the rough customers mentioned above form a T-square to the USA's Neptune in Virgo: purity of the (now) Nazi vision. It's oil, world dominance of the Eurasian/middle east oil fields, world hegemony, subjugation of America and the world's people for the enjoyment and ease of the rich, and a New World Order in the Western Hemisphere of faith-based government where fundamentalism supersedes the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights.
The Declaration of independence chart is under massive stress, even without February 16th's incendiary full moon.
The heartbreaker is Venus' conjunction with wounding Chiron opposite the USA's trusting Cancerian Sun. These planets make a t-square to the USA's 10th house Saturn in fair-minded Libra. Venus in Capricorn is in mutual reception with Saturn in Libra. As seen over and over again, the Justice Department, headed up by John Ashcroft, has wounded (Chiron) Justice by misappropriating power. Ashcroft, et al., are gutting the U.S. Constitution.
Chiron and Saturn "against" Venus is a huge lack of support. No solace for wounds. A growing disquiet of the world's women. The cry of children.
Yet we have Bush. And Saturn as one significator for the president in its exaltation in Libra must be right. The Cancerian Sun (another significator for the president) in square to the USA's Saturn cannot stand to lose face; to be humilated or excoriated.
Since this same Saturn square's George Bush's natal Sun, the overcompensation is obvious. Watch how he struts. He walks as if he has something stuck up his ass. His legs and arms are apart -- the typical gun slinger.
 Bush's answer to our problems: a reversion to the fantasy life of June and Ward Cleaver via faith-based programs and "family values" -- but ONLY for the poor.
D'oh, gee W-w-w-w-ally, will that make the terrorists go away?
The biwheel reveals that Saddam's Cancerian Pluto is conjoined to Bush's natal Saturn (26 Cancer) and the USA's Mercury. They oppose the USA's natal Pluto of ruthless capitalism. Note further, that Saddam's Pluto and Bush's Saturn are both in nodal degree to the USA's North Node in the 8th house of death. Transiting Saturn will hit this position in 2004 (and will set off the USA's Sun-Saturn square in June-July 2003).
As much as we want to avert war, war George Bush will have. And be prepared, because North Korea will not go away. Kim Jong Il's chart hooks dangerously into the USA's Progressed Sun, natal Moon and T-Uranus. Since Uranus will retrograde back into Aquarius (28 degrees) late in 2003, that may signal the commencement of Bush's next manufactured crisis.
The USA's progressed Mercury is at 29 Aquarius, and delivers the message via it's relationship with transiting Uranus and its move into Pisces, then back for a short time into Aquarius:

I think war with Iraq begins anytime after February 24, 2003. It can't be much later after the New Moon of March 2. The Moon growing in light towards full is not advantageous for military strikes. After mid-March it begins to get too hot. Bush's window is very, very tight now. I do not yet see how Bush can back down and save face. In fact, he's betting his re-election on the Iraq war. The special interest groups will not pay for a second coup d'etat in 2004 if he doesn't deliver the spoils. Hence, Bush still says he'll go it alone.

Therefore, I think that Bush gives the order earlier rather than later.
