Bush's "Brain" Damaged
We don't have a birth time for Karl Rove, but what about looking at his chart in bi-wheel to Bush's second inauguration chart?
Bush praised Rove for his second term (2%) victory over Democrat John Kerry by calling him THE ARCHITECT.
Let's see if the Inauguration chart shows exactly what it is Rove allegedly built.
Rex Bills' "The Rulership Book" assigns architects a Mercury, Venus, Saturn and Capricorn rulership. The art of architecture is connected to Venus, Taurus and Saturn. Modern architecture is associated with the sign Aquarius. Using Bills' rulerships alone, we've got Rove's fingers on the first and tenth houses of the chart.
Michael Munkasey assigns the "architect" a professional role and puts it under the purview of "Occupation" In his "Astrological Thesaurus." One's Occupation or "calling" is a tenth house matter. After Election 2004, Bush rewarded Rove by appointing him to the post of a Senior White House Advisor. Counselors and advisors are assigned to the 7th house and a primarily political advisor could also be connected to the 11th house.
No matter which house you favor for Rove, his imprimatur is clearly stamped on Bush's first and second terms of office. Since the second term is the focus of this article, have a look at the conjunction of Rove's Sun, Venus and Mercury to the inauguration chart's Mercury-Venus in the 9th house. You can see the signature of Bush's GOP "Base" in the 9th house of the chart: GOP fundamentalist Christians. And where exactly did Rove troll for that 2% victory vote? In all those fundamentalist churches across America. He did it (partly) through direct mail (Mercury) and through appeals to "values" (Venus). Karl Rove ripped off the veil separating church and state to a level never before seen in modern U.S. politics.
Taking the 7th house as Rove's counselor role, 14 Scorpio on the cusp is ruled by both Mars (traditional ruler) and Pluto (modern ruler). Rove's Mars in political Aquarius sits in the 10th house (chief executive/president) of the chart and applies to a square (struggle) with the Ascendant (birth moment of the second Bush term of office) and the 7th house cusp (Rove, but also the house of open enemies). Rove's natal Pluto in Leo trines transiting Pluto (dirty tricks) and transiting Mars 8th house of the Inauguration chart. Rove and Bush have been at this game for nearly 30 years. Rove "invented" Bush. Rove's Mars in the 10th house of the Inauguration chart shows you who is in the driver's seat.
"Political reforms" Uranus (ruler of Rove's Mars) is in mutual reception with tricky Neptune until 2011 when Uranus moves on to Aries. Rove's Jupiter of exaggeration and core belief is conjunct Inauguration Uranus in the 11th house of "politics" and cronies. And interesting seconding of Reform, politics, tricks and "true believer" sleight of hand is duplicated in the 6th house of the bi-wheel. Inauguration Neptune in politics Aquarius is in the 10th house of the chart (as it was for Bush's first term) and trines Inauguration Moon, Jupiter and Rove's Neptune in the 6th house of the military, civil servants, and beltway daily workings. Rove's world is ordered by a carefully woven web of Orwellian deceptions.
The Solar eclipse of April 8, 2005 (19 Aries) opposed Rove's Neptune and the Inauguration Jupiter. The second eclipse, the lunar one of April 24 (Sun 4 Taurus/Moon 4 Scorpio also fell along the 6/12 axis of the Inauguration chart. Houses 6 and 12 are caught up with "serve and suffer," "sacrifice and self-abnegation." Who is it that sacrifices? Certainly not the Bush Administration. This eclipse cycle draws attention to the legalities of the war in Iraq, including evidence to support the war, the prison scandals at Abu Ghraib, the illegality of endless detention without legal recourse to detainees in Guantanamo Bay, and certainly the legitimacy of Election 2004 (Ohio).
This year's eclipse cycle has seeded the grand air trine (spin over the airwaves) that draws in Rove's deceptive Neptune providing plenty of fodder to the "chattering classes". The exaggerated (Jupiter) spin (Neptune) on so-called "success" in Iraq (remember, Rove staked Bush's second term and legacy on the Iraq war) has been as persistent as a migraine headache. The White House, desperate for any good news at all continues to re-invent reality.
The Inauguration chart Moon at 9 Gemini is conjunct the royal fixed star Aldebaran.
It's about integrity:

The Aldebaran Connection

The European Astrologer says if the individual disregards rules of
integrity
then Aldebaran signifies devastation and loss of power.

Now, head's up: in the inauguration chart, the arabic "part of catastrophe" is at 18 Gemini.
(Note of caution. I don't mean to infer that anybody reading this is in harm's way, particularly if you have strong Gemini in your chart or a planet at 18 Gemini!)
The Inauguration progressed Moon reaches that point on October 13, 2005 (5:30 am Washington, D.C.). That's right between the eclipse of October 3, 2005 (Solar/10 Libra) and the second eclipse of October 17, 2005 (Lunar/Sun 23 Libra/Moon 23 Aries).
That is the month that special prosecutor Fitzgerald wraps up his investigation into the Outing of Valerie Plame, covert CIA agent, wife of Joseph Wilson IV, former ambassador to Africa.
Bush's natal Mars takes the opposition from transiting Uranus until next February when it moves out of orb of aspect. Mars-Uranus is highly explosive not only on the political level, but on the physical level as well. Since Rove is Mars sensitive himself (Mars at 8 Aquarius in the 10th house of the Inauguration chart), he is also in harm's way both politically and physically.
Whether or not Rove is fired or convicted or censured or jailed, one thing is clear: The architect's blue print is damaged. The Bush administration is sustaining great political damage from the Valerie Plame case. The Inauguration chart has Chiron in Capricorn in the 10th opposing it's Saturn ruler in Cancer in the 4th house of the chart. This shows abuse of power at its height and the wounding consequences thereof. Saturn is conjunct the fixed star, Pollux which means polluted:
"With Saturn: Bad temper, bitter, sarcastic, loss of arm or leg, loss of parents or trouble through step-parents, much help from a friend, lack of education, sudden death while following occupation through horses or large animals. (Robson). ... "Pollux has a strong Martian nature and has the name 'the wicked boy' of the of the sibling Twins. The short summation? Karl Rove is damaged goods. Where does that leave Bush if his architect is now lamed?
On the home front, Moon, Sun, Mercury and Mars in the Inauguration chart are all "peregrine." That is, "wandering around" with no essential dignity in the chart. Peregrine status for a planet means that it is too debilitated to do its job. The aforementioned planets are the inner ones, the personal planets and these planets peregrine reveal that Bush has no working domestic agenda. There is no help for the people coming out of Bush's second term.
The Inauguration chart's NEMESIS (asteroid of "comeuppance") is at 0 Taurus in the chart. Another 12th house "hidden" hit (the eclipses light these places up for all to see) and will take a heavy hit from transiting Mars on July 28, 2005. This year is Mars's retrograde cycle year, so the impatient gangster will eventually hit the Inauguration's Ascendant and linger in Taurus up to February 17, 2006.
Transiting Mars goes to Gemini then and will conjunct the Inauguration Moon on March 7, 2006. Transit Mars will move closer and closer to an opposition to Inauguration Mars-Pluto in the 8th house of death in the Inauguration chart. Since 2006 is the USA's MARS RETURN year (1776 chart) -- the USA's Mars is at 21 Gemini in the 7th of open enemies, we're looking at another threat to Bush's safety. Bush's natal Uranus is conjunct the USA's Mars. Transiting Mars is going to set this off. At the very least, Bush can expect what might be the biggest firestorm of his presidency.
Saturn has just entered Leo, Neptune is in Aquarius (Saturn's opposition to Neptune will either wake Bush up or drive him to drink to keep the fantasy going) and Mars will enter Taurus for a 6 month stay. By modality, that's a lot of fixed energy. This energy, a T-square by sign placement (a Mars square to Saturn happens on July 30 giving us just a taste), is a whole lot of "getting bogged down in something." This fixed set up also harks back to the 1999 Fixed Grand Square eclipse that ushered in the millennium. In year 2000 the huge line up of planets in Taurus, the Jupiter-Saturn conjunction therein and Uranus in Aquarius' square to Saturn brought us Bush "the radical reformer." We've been on a roller coaster from hell ever since.
